Julie returns to Creative Journey Studios for June 14-16, 2024 to bring us a new class called “In the Groove”. She was inspired by one of her favorite artists, Kimmy Cantrell, an amazing enamelist. Now she is teaching a polymer rendition of Cantrell’s faces to become pendants or pins, with interesting wire and accent bead enhancements. She brings her color sensibilities and will guide your veneer making so you will have designs to use for your jewelry or other polymer projects!

Julie has been busy with her 3D printer and has made a special grooved tool you will use to work toward a face look! A fun part of the third day will be using your leftover patterned veneers to create swirl beads and “in the groove earrings”!
