Creative Journey Studios is delighted to welcome Lynda Gilcher to share her knowledge of all things extruder in a three day workshop August 19th to the 21st, 2022($390). Lynda and her husband Jon have developed a whole line of extruder discs (which we carry at CJS). Lynda has figured out how to make polymer canes using extrusions, and also how to reduce canes thru the extruder. She has turned a simple tool into a major design weapon!

Lynda will be teaching various techniques with the extruder to create canes and foundational elements which will in turn be used to create veneers which will be incorporated into finished works. She will help you master a pinwheel brooch with your new-found veneers. Leaning to master the extruder will open up a whole new path to finished designs.
